All artworks, wearable collections, and prints are produced on demand. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless otherwise agreed.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in EUR and/or USD. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.

3. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the production partner (Printful, The Print Space) and the destination.

4. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns in case of manufacturing defects or damages during shipping. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All artworks and designs remain the intellectual property of the artist, Ilaria Berenice. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, customs duties, or issues caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., postal services, courier delays, force majeure).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
