Brazil is a co-created painting by Ilaria Berenice and Paolo Amoretti.

The central face originates from an abstract reinterpretation of the artist’s own features — not conceived as a portrait, but as an intuitive starting point, filtered through memory and inner perception rather than resemblance. The figure emerges from layered gestures and emotional traces, suspended between presence and transformation.

Paolo Amoretti’s distinctive red and blue brushstrokes interact with Ilaria’s interventions, while the dark background introduces depth and tension, allowing the figure to surface gradually from the surrounding space.
