Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
All our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, returns or refunds are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or damages during shipping.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence of the defect or damage.
Non-returnable items
– Change of mind or wrong size (for wearable art).
– Limited Edition Fine Art Prints in perfect condition.
Replacements
If your item is defective or damaged, we will offer a free replacement or refund. Please contact us at info@ilariaberenice.art with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow some days for your bank or payment provider to finalize the credit.
Shipping Returns
Do not return items without contacting us first. In most cases, replacement items are shipped directly from our production partners (Printful or The Print Space).
In case of defects or damages, replacements are produced and shipped at no extra cost to the customer.
